After receiving your order I will contact you about the payment and shipping details.

Art prints:

Shipping within Spain & Europe is included in the price. For orders outside of Europe please contact us for shipping cost. 

We make sure that your purchased products are delivered to you in excellent condition – safely, securely and quickly.

Please inform us immediately when you do not recieve your order within 14 days or when your package arrives damaged. Contact us at info@artjudithverheij.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Damaged items due to shipping

If you suspect that your items were damaged while being shipped, please email us at info@artjudithverheij.com immediately and provide us with a photo of the package and damaged items. We will contact you back right away with information regarding what to do next. Your email must be sent within 48 hours. Later complaints will not be considered.

Receiving the wrong items

Have you received a different item than you ordered? Please send us a photo of the item you received to the email info@artjudithverheij.com We will immediately contact you with information regarding what steps to take next.
